Friday Beach Photos - Print-16.jpg

This past week we took Jack to the beach for the very first time! Obviously, I took a million photos :) so I'll be sure to share some more later this week...including ones of Jack looking like he is in extreme distress at feeling the waves on his feet. It was so much fun to get away for the week with our family - both my whole family and my grandparents were there - and I just love Jack is getting to spend so much time with them!

Growing up, heading to my grandparents house was like the best thing ever - we lived for trips to Tennessee where we would pick tomatoes, play at Lake Winnipesaukee, make homemade ice cream and run around barefoot. Jack is going to be the luckiest because not only does he have two sets of grandparents that love him so much, but he has great grandparents that are equally as awesome. I love that!

On our last day on 30A, Cody + I decided to take Jack to Seaside for the day since it was very clear he would rather do anything than head to the beach again. I LOVE SEASIDE! It's so picturesque + quaint. We come here once every single vacation usually to eat or shop. We don't usually stay here though because it is crazy crowded + we kind of like having a bit more space.

Our date included picking up cute Georgia Dawgs gear at Mercantile, buying Jack even more things at Bump + Baby (it's a problem), lunch/drinks at Great Southern Cafe + then walking the gardens to the Seaside Chapel

Jack did so good the whole day! He was in the best mood + laughed the hardest he's ever laughed so far when Cody started making noises in his fan. It was such a fun day with our new little family in one of the cutest places on earth.

I'll post more family pics soon of the rest of the trip!
